The PFBC Environmental Energy Technology Process Test Facility construction has begun at the CONSOL Energy R&D campus in South Park, Pennsylvania.  The Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority, in conjunction with the PA Department of Environmental Protection, has supported this project with grants totaling 1.64 million dollars.
